Antioxidant Energy Bites


These are our go-to snacks that are packed full of antioxidants, are deliciously healthy and have a natural sweetness that will have you coming back for more!


100g medjool dates (pitted)

100g peanut butter

1/2 banana

2 tbsp DIRTEA Cacao

2 tsp DIRTEA Chaga

100g dark chocolate

Sea salt

Freeze-dried raspberries


Remove the pits from the dates, then blend them together with the peanut butter, banana, cacao and chaga. Roll into balls and freeze for 1 hour. Once hardened, cover in melted dark chocolate and sprinkle with salt and freeze-dried raspberries. Leave in the fridge for the chocolate to set and then enjoy!
