We love ice cream, especially if it's healthy and packed full of adaptogens and mushrooms. This recipe is a great summer breakfast or snack. Easy, quick and super delicious!
INGREDIENTS
1 tsp spirulina powder
1 frozen banana
1 tsp of DIRTEA Cordyceps
1 tbsp maple syrup
Toppings:
Handful of blueberries
¼ cup goji berries
¼ cup ground flax
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp of cacao nibs
Drizzle of almond or peanut butter
DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with berries, seeds and nut butter.
